Romelu Lukaku raged at Manchester United teammates in dressing room after Chelsea defeat

Romelu Lukaku raged at his Manchester United teammates in the dressing room after the 1-0 defeat to Chelsea last Sunday, according to reports.

United struggled to create chances for the Belgian, who has now gone seven games without a goal in all competitions for Jose Mourinho’s side.
Lukaku made his feelings clear to United’s players in the immediate aftermath of the loss at Stamford Bridge.

Alvaro Morata’s second-half header was enough to secure victory for the Premier League champions, while the defeat has put United eight points behind leaders Manchester City.
Lukaku failed to register a single touch of the ball in Chelsea’s penalty area at Stamford Bridge, but after the match, Mourinho insisted that he was not concerned with the striker’s lack of clear-cut chances.

‘I’m not reading stats, I’m reading the game,’ the United manager said.
From the bench, it’s a different perspective, not mathematical. I’m happy with his methods, his attitude and his desire.

‘He had a chance with a good shot which the goalkeeper saved.

‘He gave space in the last part of the game, created spaces for [Anthony] Martial and [Marcus] Rashford. I’m happy and I don’t want to look at the stats.’
