Messi unhappy with Barcelona's offer for Philippe Coutinho

Barcelona forward Lionel Messi is unhappy with the club’s offer for Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho, according to report.
Coutinho has been Barcelona main target since last season, in a bid to replace departed Neymar who left for Paris Saint-Germain in a world record fee of €222 during the summer.
It is reported that Barcelona will push further to reopen negotiations later this month to sign him as the Camp Nou outfit plan to send a delegation to Merseyside for talks at Anfield.
Meanwhile, Don Balon says Coutinho - via agent Kia Joorabchian - has been assured of the terms he will be handed should a move go through.
Barcelona is offering Coutinho a deal worth €25m-a-year, which would make him the second-highest paid player at the club behind only Lionel Messi.
Messi isn't happy with the club’s plans, believing local players deserve such status ahead of 'outsiders'. Coutinho would arrive on a bigger salary than club stalwarts Andres Iniesta Sergio Busquets and Gerard Pique who have served for a long period at the club.
