Chelsea warning to Eden Hazard

Antonio Conte has warned Eden Hazard that he will have to continue to work hard as he bids to help fire Chelsea up the Premier League table.
The Belgium international was in fine form for the west London side on Saturday as he scored twice and was named as the man of the match in the Blues’ 4-0 thrashing of West Brom at The Hawthorns.
Hazard has had to work his way back to full fitness for Chelsea after he spent the summer recovering from an ankle injury suffered while on international duty with Belgium.
However, the 26-year-old now seems to be approaching his best form for the west London side as the hectic festive period looms large.
Hazard has scored five goals and made two assists in all competitions for the Blues so far this season.
And Conte believes that the Belgian will have to keep his head down as he bids to try and help Chelsea catch Manchester City in the race for the Premier League title.
Speaking at his post-match news conference on Saturday, Conte said: “Now he [Hazard] has to continue in this way, he’s 100 per cent fit and he’s enjoying his football with us which is important.
“This season we started with a lot of problems, Hazard was one of them because he didn’t work during pre-season after surgery. Then he started to play with us after a few games.
“Today the starting 11 was the same as against United. We played well in that game and we did again today [against West Brom] but don’t forget we have to play a lot of games in a few days, so I need all of my players.”
Chelsea return to Premier League action next weekend with a crunch clash against Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday evening.
